The Mike Gill Evidence Vault
Time-Stamping and Archiving the Puzzle Pieces with Akord and the Arweave Permaweb
Introduction
First off, the Mike Gill Permaweb Evidence vault is here, right at the top in case anyone forgets.
The Web 2 paradigm presents a problem for the persistence of material and situationally subtle information. Jaron Lanier first described the effect of Siren Servers in his 2014 Masterpiece ‘Who Owns the Future?’. Just prior to my last post in October, all my uploads on The Internet Archive were deleted without warning, notice, nor reason and it wasn’t until I kicked up a fuss that my uploads were re-instated. The persistent availability of material evidence, historical documents, declassified intelligence files and so forth is currently largely not an automated process on the internet in many important ways. While many blockchain solutions claimed to have solved this, there’s one archival solution that does.
I would advise my readers to click the links on this one to follow the story, which is a very cool story. If you’ve read the content before that’s great, if not this is a good reason to catch up.
Introducing Akord
Akord is a simple drag and drop archiving service that promises to store every upload for at least 200 years but ideally in perpetuity, this promise is backed by 2000 node operators who have very little stake in the success of Akord in particular, they just want to make money from their spare hard drive storage capacity. The wonders of Web3 manifest through a simple user interface, where you pay for storage up front on demand or via subscription, pay per Gigabyte for permanent storage via standard online payment methods (no fiddling about with tokens or token exchanges).
The Mike Gill Akord Vault is here. The vault doesn’t include everything by any means, but aims to outline the gist of the key themes in a double/triple Pareto efficient manner.
The Background Drama
Since last time my subscribers will be delighted to know that both I and they were threatened by a very angry little bald man from New Zealand on December 21st who was clearly enraged by this article which detailed 20th century history pertaining to current events such as Jeffrey Epstein’s blackmail network, the Ghislaine Maxwell trial, the opioid and amphetamine epidemic, systemic white collar crime, money laundering. the Pandora Papers, private intelligence and security under the control of said white collar criminals and so forth. Clearly this black pill didn’t go down so well for this angry wee bald man and I urge my readers to pray for him and to also appreciate that flak is usually taken over the target, which means we’re probably all doing something right.
Props to my homie
for immediately revoking Angry Wee Bald Man’s subscription to his wonderful publication which ended up costing him $120, I urge my readers to subscribe to make up the difference. Subscribers will get to learn all about surviving the apocalypse from a very intelligent and bad ass guy with an amazing life story and a great deal of earthy common sense and wisdom gleaned from it.Meanwhile on Elon Musk’s ‘Everything App’ the conversations aren’t quite reaching the temperature of threatening to put me in a suitcase and throw me off Tower Bridge, yet, but they’re getting pretty close.
Yes I keep Receipts, I’m a Blockchain Expert, Bro
My previous posts have interwoven the stories of SVB, FTX, Bitcoin and Innovation Bank principles with respect to the blockchain’s highest use case not being in its ability to notarize financial transactions but in its ability to act as a check valve for data such that data can only be changed forward in time, creating data calculus for all on a public ledger and thus measure quality and variance, which is the same as risk. Money can only ever be a measure of productivity, which comes primarily from the insure-ability of engineering: finance is only ever a way to measure that.
Unless the source of a statement has extremely high qualifications, the statement will be more revealing of the author than the information intended by him. This applies to matters of judgment. According to Wittgenstein’s ruler: Unless you have confidence in the ruler’s reliability, if you use a ruler to measure a table you may also be using the table to measure the ruler. The less you trust the ruler’s reliability, the more information you are getting about the ruler and the less about the table.
December was Wild
The month of December began brightly when, on December 9th, Brendon O’Connell, who had done a very insightful video series with Mike Gill in early 2023, calling Mike a ‘hero’ and buttering him up no end, Doxxed Mike and basically called for him and his family to be shot in the head. This slow motion car crash of a video, allegedly edited following constructive criticsm from the FBI, is publicly available on Brendon’s Rumble channel and it also archived in the Mike Gill Evidence Vault lest anyone changes their mind.
Brendon claims to have risked his life to work with Mike, but flippantly got his entire YouTube channel shut down and can’t even be bothered to host the videos he did, which are now archived on Alt-Censored and on the Internet Archive in the nether realms of the internet. This shows, to me at least, that Brendon doesn’t really care about the content itself, he cares about something else, probably leverage for those putting him up to these despicable intimidation and smear tactics.
will tell you that those at the intersection of intelligence, technology, finance and media are very often controlled by their bad habits. Cocaine is a hell of a drug as the late Rick James once famously joked, but for me Brendon takes the joke a bit too far and sets highly concerning new standards of cowboy glow-op dopaminergic meltdownery that we all need to be mindful of for the mindfulness in safety, in my humble opinion. This action by Brendon kicked off a series of events whereby, allegedly, the FBI had to politely ask Brendon to self-censor lest he become an accomplice to the pre-meditated murder of a material witness in an ongoing RICO investigation, which would be terribly inconvenient for both parties.
This reminded me of my previous post and the message I got while being managed out of the BSV Discord server prior to my resignation. Apparently the Ayre-ctopus minions hand’t taken the time to read my bullet-proof precision engineered content, which i urge my lovely subscribers and angry bald wee haters on the internet to review and comment upon at any time.
I would like my readers to remember that in the background of all of this is a man called Calvin Ayre who also has intelligence agency contacts through his BSV investment and also likely from the beginnings of his gambling business in the South East Asia, which is, again, strongly connected to the opioid crisis. This is probably what angered Angry Wee Bald Man the most in my opinion, but others are free to chime in with their own views as long as they aren’t death threats. Christen Ager-Hanssen’s ‘Fairway Brief’ now has its own Akord Vault, because it would be a shame to lose those recordings even if that was the original intent, as is the presentation I was asked to complete for the SEC and Central Bank of the Phillipines on Christen’s behalf, so if it’s good enough for them, it’s good enough for everyone.
Overseeing the financial side of this participation of our officials in drug smuggling was Richard Armitage. Armitage, who is now Secretary Weinberger‘s assistant for international security, worked in the Defense Attache Office in Saigon in the years 1973-1975. After the war, according to Khun Sa, Armitage became a major trafficker in opium in Bangkok between 1975 and 1979. His smuggling was conducted behind the front of an export company he set up in Bangkok.
On December 28th there was an escalation, which was a week after Angry Wee Bald Man threatened me, which seems very coincidental. Also while this was going on Mike Gill was doing an extraordinary interview series with Michelle Moore, the series which prompted Aaron Day to set up his ‘Mike Gill:Exposed’ X Space with his wife Eileen, Patrick Howley, Audra Toop (more about her later) and pursue civil action.
In the meantime, content creator ‘DBoomaSan’ highlighted my efforts to organize and record Mike Gill’s evidence on his Rumble channel on December 19th, which I’ve been mostly spending my time doing since the last post. What was most interesting about this timing to me is that Brendon O’Connell clearly wasn’t even aware of the FOIA that had been issued in November, detailing Dick Anagnost’s lost 91A for his drug arrest, detailing the 2013 $50 million settlement offer from Bill Shaheen et al, which he how claims is fake, when he unleashed his invective in December. Someone’s clearly f-cking losing ground here here and I urge Brendon to keep up if at least to keep up the appearances of ‘Truth and Transformation’ because January 12th was ‘Day is Gay Day’ on X, let alone the internet in general and pursuing the public interest isn’t communism or being a Satanic Jew in New York digging tunnels, it’s just normal for normal people who live in normal places.
If information were actually free we wouldn’t have to throw so much shit at the wall to make so little of it stick, anyway. Someone please tell Brendon O’Connell that 2024 comes after 2023, those who can count tend to be taken more seriously than those who can’t.
What’s most interesting about the flavor of the introduction of this post is the Brendon O’Connell already knows what’s suspect about Project Veritas to begin with, and stated as much in his video series with Mike last February. Mike Gill has always stated that Aaron Day and James O’Keefe always intended to leave Project Veritas as the organisation holding the bag of their past malfeasance, and this was corroborated by Hannah Giles’ public resignation on December 11th. Mike Gill’s version of events with respect to Patrick Howley is that Howley was working for Chinese foreign interests via the Epoch Times, whom Howley was working for at the time, using Mike’s evidence for leverage in diplomacy.
Howley has his own strong views about Mike Gill, those who aren’t blocked by him on Twitter are free to peruse at their leisure.
The two publicly available clips of Mike Gill with Patrick Howley are contained within the above and below videos. I’ve set the start times to display them, as they both feature at the end of both videos. Clearly Howley and Gill aren’t alone in the room, who else was there? What there their intentions? Audra Toop and Brendon O’Connell both reference this interview heavily in their own content, clearly there is more to it than either of them stated recently.
In February Brendon was threatening Patrick Howley and James O’Keefe with Mike’s version of events, this year he’s switched sides. James O’Keefe admitted in his own words that Project Veritas was built from concept to be as much a private intelligence agency as a media outlet. In 2021 Project Veritas was found to be training recruits at Erik Prince’s (founder of Blackwater) ranch with the help of former MI6 agent Richard Seddon. This puts this story firmly in the ballpark of Private Intelligence, Big Data and Surveillance Capitalism, similar to Christen Ager-Hanssen’s Norweign Financial Times front page story about the Fairway Brief whistle-blowing report.
It seems like everyone wants a piece of Mike’s content for their own benefit without putting in the work to properly contextualize it. There’s are two types of boxing gyms, I suppose: the smart ones that understand what brain damage is and the stupid ones that don’t. Ask Floyd Mayweather about Charley Burley and find out for yourself. You’ll learn much more about life from that than you ever will from Nino Rodriguez in my opinion. Nino called Mike crazy after Mike shared these hilarious texts. Nino made a video dissing Mike Gill on December 15th, but has since taken it down. This was my comment:
Useful Twitter Links to get an idea of what the ‘Mike Gill: Exposed’ Twitter Space was supposed to refute.
Aaron Day’s current cease and desist legal case against the Michelle Moore Show is basically ‘cease and desist calling me me gay’ it’s basically the same cope and seethe from playing Call of Duty on Playstation or something, no different to what Aaron stated before.
Mike Gill Exposed X Space: a whole lot of seethe and cope
Before this X Space was even held, both Patrick Howley and Audra Toop threw their toys out of the pram when Audra’s original texts to Mike Gill about both Patrick Howley and Aaron Day were presented for comment. Audra was so keen to debate all this stuff in November, when it was on Roger Stone’s thread, however. Shaygrooove and intheMatrixxx may have their own opinions on this formulated from their own Mike Gill (May 19 2023, May 26 2023, August 3 2023, September 14 2023) and Roger Stone content.
The number one benefit of blockchain technology is that data cannot be changed backward in time, so when Roger Stone says ‘obviously if you use any of that, I’ll murder you' like he did in his latest movie ‘A Storm Foretold’ he has to stand by those comments and man up man to man with no Manhattan Madam and no hoes in between the real men and the real facts, and not be an angry hopeless feckless Boomer about it.
So anyway the Mike Gill Exposed X Space didn’t really expose anything other than this, because when I tried to ask the host all he did was try to flex and flexing is just bluffing, really. Then I informed Erik Prince what I thought, and the host removed my ability to tag him, so clearly we’re in the realms of Bayesian logic here.
Akord and Mike Gill: a Great Fit.
Mike Gill’s story is an expression of the sad reality of the neoliberal ontology pervading not just the ‘Boomer Truth Regime’ but also the internet and the technology industry itself. His information is always outside of its place, outside of its time, outside of categorization, metadata, labeling, because Mike Gill’s information simply should not exist given neoliberal axioms and narratives. That it does exist makes it almost universally unwelcome in whichever ‘marketplace of ideas’ in which it is trading.
The state of New Hampshire, the USA, Twitter, Facebook, none of these platforms are remotely geared towards servicing information such as Mike Gill’s in concept, let alone in practice. Remember Dr Philip Mirowski calls ‘the marketplace of ideas’ pure neoliberal doctrine with hidden intent prescribed by economists, where the role of the economist fundamentally shifts from sociological study and description to ‘market maker’ for Power Capital interests.
This shift is also likely to have come about as a direct consequence of people like Victor Rothschild or the Warburg banking cartel dictating policy, direct interference by Power Capital into the systems of government and the chaotic balance of labor and Power Capital interests leverage by the Cosmopolitans of Communist International and not because ‘the market’ itself chose or was ‘objectively’ better in any way, as the Hayek and Ayn Rand would argue.
There was, at least, a stark and fundamental knowledge asymmetry and incentive mismatch to begin with that caused the neuroticizing impulses of Siren Server communicative capitalism, our ‘Cyber-Time Crisis’ as Mark Fisher put it.
Problem with reliance on YouTube to host Mike’s content:
All eggs in one basket, this is why great men like Colin Wyse are porting it to Rumble. But let’s remember that Mike’s content from 2023 has been deleted from both YouTube and Rumble and is only available via torrent here, or in the nether regions of the internet. Not even Brendon O’Connell himself cares enough to keep the content up, even though he supposedly risked his own life over it.
The video format and the ‘vlog’ format is not necessarily the best medium for much of Mike Gill’s content. Mike should have separate sharing mechanisms for documents in addition to video.
Mike’s content is spread across three different YouTube accounts (here, here and here) and it’s difficult to search for and unpack, many valuable Easter Eggs in the labyrinth.
Google’s business incentives are fundamentally Orwellian, a Siren Server model where the storage and censorship of information, particularly material information, is subject to stagflationary Power Capital incentives.
In Mike Gill’s own words the only reason that the video content is still hosted on YouTube is because it’s evidence in an ongoing criminal case which the powers that be wish to cover up. The winds of change are fickle.
The Presidential pardon cycle and Trump, Mike Gill highlighting ‘Pandora’s Box’, the power of the Presidential pardon is becoming much more of a bargaining chip in the election cycle than it should be, further incentivising irresponsible and criminal action relative to engineering understandings and implementations of public risk management.
Incumbent Siren Server models of digital network technology are being challenged by new monetization models and competing platforms and it is unclear how incumbents will respond, we must strike while the iron is hot to force hands and reveal preferences.
Problem with Mike relying upon Twitter:
Without Advanced Search, Twitter/X can be cumbersome to navigate, conversations go around in circles unless cross-posting is used effectively
Elon’s new signal amplification business model appears to be a delegated bulkhead and controlled burn strategy, not as overtly oppressive as the previous, but creates echo chambers and has defacto social credit scores all the same. And let’s not forget he’s the Neuralink guy with Mark of the Beat vibes also.
Base level prejudice has replaced the more hellish hate factory model, but praying to Jesus or Muhammed or whatever doth not an engineer make, and for technology to work equitably for everyone, providers and users alike, we need engineers, who devote their lives to their profession and not media bobble-heads and professional opinion-havers grifting off of approved signal amplification cross-promotion revenue. There’s a new bandwagon, but the old grift is essentially the same and the lack of basic education and competence is basically the same. (Owen Benjamin (smart, insightful and funny but a judgmental and superficial person with no competence in making the world work), Nick Fuentes (highly principled, religious, believer in Jesus but no mentors in the nitty gritty or what politics is really for, would be a terrible constituency politician but a good lobbyist) and so forth Vampire Castle dynamics toned down but still very much in effect, where are the engineering influencers? Elon sequesters all the ones he wants the rest flap about in a lifeboat with their signals interfered with by the latter, common sense be damned.)
Fast quick large intangibles favored over slow, situationally subtle tangibles as described by , Dan Robles PE.
The other party can delete Tweets in a conversation, eroding the context of debate. The retention of that option itself holds undue influence.
Other parties can block you, making it impossible to recover previous interactions, and again the retention of the option keeps interactions within a ‘safe space’ that is actually dangerous with respect to public risks.
Graffiti, trolls, low effort low engagement low performing hoi polloi usually aren’t censored for being generally sh-tty and nasty people, that doesn’t actually cost Elon anything. Whistle-blowers, investigative journalists, engineers, scientists and so forth establish material risks, petty gangsters and usefless f-cks come and go and no one cares.
State0fCorrupt Twitter got taken down, Elon hasn’t reinstated it and has little reason to do so, Mike’s Twitter could be attacked with reports, such as those recently undertaken by Aaron Day now he’s actually scared of what he first presumed were QAnon Trailer Trash, and taken down, leaving him without a voice and all his posts gone.
Mike’s content is clearly shadowbanned based on views and engagement metrics, showing that the ‘freedom of speech but not reach’ policy is in effect on him, with all the Big Data in the background making those decisions for the real customers of X, which aren’t and never were the users.
Mike is copying the same content in various forms and re-uploading it as opposed to referring to single provable digital events, such as those provided by a blockchain. Akord and Arweave solve this.
Reseeit’s account recently suspended, bot still works but IPFS is also fragile and not a resource-aware file storage solution. We need a better solution.
General problem with Mike’s content
Extremely high materiality
Extremely high controversy
Extremely high situational subtlety particular to certain individuals in varying highly adversarial situations in the State of New Hampshire.
Names of multiple high level officials and public figures named.
All the sorts of topics that the internet currently is not well geared to interact with
Siren Server models favor corruption, malicious action against the user, ‘the narrative’, over engineering truth and witness truth, general situational subtlety, Jaron Lanier calls this ‘Digital Maoism’ .
So much so that Mike’s content directly pertains to the January 6 event where the last Romeo-Juliet framework lecture was concluded nearly three years ago.
Information like this is at high risk of becoming both anchorless and rudderless in a Web2 Siren Server paradigm.
My own reference content on the Internet Archive was deleted without notice in October, Mike’s content, due to its nature has the same sword of Siren Server Damocles hanging over it. Thus it is always someone’s responsibility to keep live, this process is not automated, Arweave automates it, Akord makes it easy for anyone to automate it.
What makes Mike’s content unique with respect to interpretations of current events:
Fentanyl doesn’t come across the Southern border, it’s made in America, Mexican cartels do street sales, enforcement, they provide manpower, muscle.
Ghislaine Maxwell connected more deeply to blackmail and corruption than previously thought, NH a totally compromised state within America, total sedition in the hands of organised crime, money laundering cartel at all levels.
Law enforcement, courts, IRS , TIGTA all compromised, no rule of law.
Mike’s evidence part of ‘Pandora’s Box’ linked directly to J6 controversy via Flynn, Ketchel, many took his evidence they all sat on it to leverage it.
Roger Stone knows it’s all true, he’s linked to J6 via the recent movie, caught on tape in a recent assassination plot.
The Mike Gill Evidence Vault allows all those with interest in the Mike Gill story to refer to a single source of truth, with a manifest of Arweave transactions that are immutable and can forever be referred to in future. Thus if we are going to debate on Twitter, whatever is recorded on Arweave via Akord is only in dispute in so much as whether it was believed to be worthy of public recording at the time, and debate extends with respect to its worthiness, not whether it was real or wasn’t, as happens in the current Web 2 paradigm.
The Technology of Truth at Scale
As explained in my public BSV Blockchain Association resignation letter in 2023, and even as Ian Grigg attests to, even though he blocked me, security is the hardest market to get right. Mike’s information is the seed of anti-fragility, because it relates to everything that could ever possibly go wrong with neoliberal doctrine, it’s the clue to the other invisible economy that Dan is too afraid to mention but I’m not. Measurement of both engineering and corruption, both existing in all societies, according to the broad principles of Curiosumé is how we solve and important network security and sequestration problem.
Problem with anchoring to Wikipedia: the Web 2 memory hole, the Web2 stagflationary incentives, Wikipedia might be a good Web2 asset, but existence in space time is not anchored to a measurable initial state, when something is deleted, the fact that is was is not measured like it is with Git, for example. As a result I have challenged Dan Robles and the Arweave Facts Protocol development team with the following:
For Curiosume to work as described according to engineering best practice, there should be 3 new components to fulfill the functionality of Wikipedia as described in the design intent and maximise trust and wisdom from the network:
1) Permapedia: an instantiated ground state of Wikipedia stored on the Permaweb, taken at any snapshot in time. This automates away the requirement for the Internet Archive, for any human authority to persist data and the history of data, removing risk and Siren Server attack vectors associated with centrally controlled servers with Linux permissions. Thus integral control cannot over-ride the proportional and differential control, no one has any authority to reset history to zero, as is possible and also financially and politically incentivised now. Stoarge costs would currently be of the order of $1500.to establish, with an unknown number of engineering hours required to ensure the hyperlinks match.
2) Diffipedia: A tool that scrapes Wikipedia at regular intervals, finds what's changed and updates Permapedia accordingly and produces a record of 'diffs' similar to Git
3) Versipedia: Forks of Wikipedia articles can be produced in parallel on the Permaweb when consensus is split, users can debate and discuss differences between forks, the forks can later merge if so desired. Forks can be thematic and interest based, or fork based on disagreements about foundational facts which give rise to differing interpretations of events. Controversial figures such as Adnan Khashoggi, Robert Maxwell, Richard Brenneke, or controversial subjects such as quantum physics or scalar wave physics would benefit from this approach imo.
In a Web 2 model when something is deleted, its history also goes to zero, in a blockchain model when something is deleted it merely updated to the previous state, forward in time. This is how blockchains turn data into an asset for everyone, not just the true customers of Siren Server platforms, which are never the users. Blockchains create a space-time variance for data that can be measured objectively and ‘diffed’ according to the inter-subjective consensus of nodes.
Arweave is pay once store forever. Data is stored with the intention that it will be stored in future forever, which makes the up front cost expensive, but this expense is offset somewhat by the relative simplicity of every piece of data, every user and every node having the same intent: maximum persistence, and the cost self selects for high value data requiring persistence where other solutions cannot be sufficiently trusted.
Arweave also solves an important problem of what Mark Fisher termed ‘communicative capitalism’: users pay upload to state intent of permanence of data that is much more likely to be salient and important data, with strong situational subtlety. When someone pays up front to put data on Arweave, that’s a strong signal to others that they intend for that data to remain live in perpetuity, not to be deleted later on a whim, but that they stand by it now and for as long as they are alive and their children and grandchildren are alive and so forth. Thus networks formed via this technology will have this principle, an entirely new principle on an internet where the average content half life is 5 years, underpinning everything they do, which is much needed medicine in this ‘Cyber-Time Crisis’ world.
The Arweave solution with respect to Innovation Bank principles is superior to other blockchains in several ways:
Data storage is not constrained like it is with blockchain architecture typically, there is no possibility for a schism as there is with Bitcoin around Op Codes and the BitVM, Ordinals and so forth with Arweave’s solution.
With Layer-two Bundlers such as Irys, transaction throughput is largely unconstrained
The utility itself (300+ year-Megabytes, data availability and responsiveness) forms the means of consensus, Arweave uses a proof of utility consensus model, the same utility experienced by the end user.
Akord plans for 2024 to go fully permaweb with
an AR.IO permanent domain
Akord Explorer Permaweb front end, served straight from the Arweave Blockweave
Initial thoughts on Arweave use cases:
Digital twins
Documentation and version management for both physical and digital systems
Professional reputation management (such as Curiosume or Engzig)
Fact checking
Notarisation
Provenance of data and quality assurance for machine learning and AI
How this helps Mike Gill and his message
Benefits from global consensus, not just NH or USA political consensus
Anchors digital events in time, immutably, according to defined rules
No memory hole, limited hierarchical reliance, more incentive for self-reliance
By grouping documents in folders, it’s easier to navigate by theme and cross reference statements and claims
Incremental improvement with smart contract and DAO governance allows for more self governance on a solid foundation in order to get to the heart of the truth
If you really like the content or really don’t, build something, don’t just be a wet sh-t on the internet crying because someone called you gay like Aaron Day does
Better objective measurement and transparent adjudication (especially where Mike is battling corrupt courts, AGs, a corrupt IRS and TIGTA and so forth)
Innovation Bank methodology allows the *risk* of racketeering and corruption to be priced, which prices *remediation and insurance* to counteract it
The Security Lesson
Arweave solves base layer delegated authority for data persistence in terms of least delegated authority, this is particularly suited to the case of Mike Gill, but also for Curiosumé where people are staking their reputations against collective intelligence networks and data. Next up is Object Capability security and decentralized governance, with a Rho-Calculus and Rholang tilt, maybe referencing Jessie and/or Tuple-Space Operation Language.
Until next time, TTFN

As usual I didn't understand any of that but enjoyed the ride.
