Impressive approach to distributed threat detection through nested voting. The 3/5 consensus mechanism at each layer is clever because it balances false positive reduction with detection speed, somthing traditional ML models struggle with in adversarial environments. I've seen simpler voting systems collapse under sustained attacks but the self-healing reset mechanism here addresses that by preventing component drift. The real innovation isn't just the voting architecture it's how specialization at the neuron level creates emergent robustness without centralized coordination.

Yeah that's the old process engineering PID safety instrumented system intuition kicking in with that one. I thought about using Bayesian stabilizer wheels, but actually this nested voting machine structure with the 3/5 threshold and the integral reset for machines that start to perform poorly is simpler and more consistent, and with no back propagation there's no long wave attack vectors either.

This is such an amazing post. The ways your premise can and should be used would literally change the world.

Well done !

Thanks Pat, lots of good use cases for this AI, it's simple, auditable, transparent, measureable using simple mathemical formalisms, and largely promotes ongoing passive protection with good resilience. Proper process safety engineering stuff!
